1)Prevention of hepatitis B after liver transplantation in patients who carry the surface antigen of the hepatitis B      virus.

           2) Groups infected accidentally: blood transfusion, haemophile, renal dialysis patient, medical care personnel                  or personnel with injured skin, personnel contacting patients contaminated by blood and secretion of                             positive surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus, etc
