* PolyeasyTM Splint Materials is a low temperature thermoplastic sheet material for the fabrication of orthoses, external immobilization devices and rehabilitation aids.

The sheet is applied directly to the patient after it is activated at 65-70℃ in 1-3 minutes and harden in 3-5 minutes.

It's easy to handle and mold. It has advantages such as light, high strength, air permeability, X-ray penetrable, no skin irritation and fast degradable in moist soil. It’s an ideal material for orthopedic immobilization.

Polyeasy™ has a special coating on both surfaces to prevent accidental sticking. Permanent bonds can be achieved using a heat gun, scraping the surface or with a bonding solvent. Recommended for all types of hand, finger and wrist splints, adaptive equipment and face masks.
