Composition:

Each Bolus 18 gram contains :
Tylosin tartrate............................... 900mg 
Sulfadimidine................................. 600mg 
Oxytetracycline HCL..................... 100mg 
Vitamin B12................................. 100mcg
Indications:

For the treatment of livestock and poultry mycoplasma and sensitive bacterial infection ,such as pasteurella disease,mastitis,endometritis,peritonitis,sepsis,respiratory and digestive and urnary tract infection caused by susceptible strains;swine atrophic rhinitis,streptococccal disease ,seine toxoplasmmosis ,coccidiosis,chronic respiratory disease of chicken and infectious rhinitis.
Oxytetracycline and tylosin have synergistic effect , it used for Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma infection.Like E.Coli or Salmonella pullorun caused calf scours,lamb dysentery, bacillary yellow diarrhea and bacillary white diarrhea of piglet,white diarrhea in chicks and so on;peateurella multocida caused bovine hemorrhagic septicemia ,swine plague ,cholera avium and so on;mycoplasma caused cattle pneumonia ,swine enzootic pneumonia and chicken chronic respiratory disease .Infected by hematocytzoon of gonderiosis , actinomycetes, leptospirosis ,also have a certain effect.

Dosage and Administration:

By oral administration.
Cattle,sheep,goats and pigs : 50kg body weight per tablet.
Poultry:8kg body weight per tablet
Not used for layer in laying period , pregnant or lactating or small animals.

Storage:

Sealed and store in a cool and dry place , protect from light.
