Product Description:

For a unique purpose to save energy and increase production capacity, we need to dilute the insulating varnish (Fan Lishui).

Product features:

1, the baking temperature is low (110 degrees C) and fast drying.

2, the wire is not fragile and broken.

3, low cost - it needs to be diluted.

4, excellent moisture resistance. Even in humid environment, dielectric strength will not change.

5, excellent resistance to chemical and wear resistance. Standard of pollution prevention and control in line with RULE 66

6, UL insulation system authentication to CLASS H grade (180 C)

7. It is very suitable for automatic operating system

Product use:

Electrical products and electronic parts, various types of coils, motors, generators, stators, transformers, relays, anti flow devices, etc.

Instructions：

1. Determine the diluted concentration in accordance with the characteristics of the product

2, preheat the product to be taped, and remove moisture.

3. Cooling to 38 degrees C to 54 C

4, Fanli immersed in water for 10-20 minutes until the bubble disappeared

5, the product will drip for 15-20 minutes

6, as for oven baking, the following is the recommended baking temperature and time. Make appropriate adjustments according to the different products.

1-2 hours ---3250F

2-3 hours ---2750F

3-4 hours ---2500F

6-9 hours ---2300F

* baking time is the time required for complete hardening after the product reaches the baking temperature. The physical and chemical properties are also discussed.

Chemical properties:

Water resistance: excellent

Acid resistance (10% sulfuric acid) excellent

Alkali resistance (1% sodium hydroxide) is excellent

Saltwater resistance: excellent

Oil resistance, ASTM D-115 pass

Diluent and varnish maintenance

It must be diluted to get a thorough cure. It is recommended that the initial dilution is 20-25%, and the actual dilution is based on practice.

Demand is adjusted.

T-200X or T-100 can be used to dilute it.

Storage and shelf life

When stored in sealed containers at temperatures below 700F and below, the shelf-life is 12 months after shipment from the factory.
