Product Description:

It is a kind of high temperature polyester insulating varnish, and has been widely used in UL CLASS A, B, F and H systems.

Product features:

Typical applications:

Instructions：

1, decide the dilution concentration according to the product characteristics.

2, the product will be preheated to 105 degrees.

3, cooling to 65 degrees centigrade to 75.

4, Fanli immersed in water for 15-30 minutes until the bubble disappeared.

5, the product will drip for 15-30 minutes. (as the binding force, which has more time to drain the shorter the better)

6, as for oven baking, the following is the recommended baking temperature and time (adjusted according to the product).

* 2.5-5 hours ---135 centigrade

* 1-2 hours ---162 centigrade

* 1.5-4 hours ----148 centigrade

* baking time is the time required for complete hardening after the product reaches the baking temperature. The physical and chemical properties are also discussed.
