Summary：

High temperature resistant and yellowish transparent unsaturated polyester resin with Damidil 9117 as reactive diluent and hot crosslinking with high temperature resistance above H grade after thermal crosslinking. UL H level, authentication number: E98511.

The product is a two component product. It needs 1% Damicat 9006, that is, the 20kg resin product needs 9006 200g.

The viscosity of the product is 100mPas, but this series of products has viscosity products of 100mPas and 700mPas.

application

It is suitable for coil dripping, rolling and continuous impregnation, especially for motors and stator coils with high mechanical strength.

With 1% of 9006, the reaction activity will increase, and the cross-linking process becomes shorter. If the ratio is adjusted to 2%, the cross-linking process can be accelerated.

operation

The 3041-2 HIR product with 1% Damicat 9006 can be applied to any automatic or manual dip equipment. Resin parameters and viscosity were selected according to different types of motors. The 3041-2 HIR series now has 100mPas, 300mPas and 700mPas.

Three viscosity specifications to avoid user dilution adjustment and risk of operational errors.

For thin wires, it is difficult to penetrate, and 9117 diluted to achieve the desired low viscosity.

Cross linking process: copper chip test, 130oC 15-30 minutes, 150oC 15 minutes.

This series of resins can accelerate the crosslinking process by increasing the content of catalyst (up to 2%).

Resin should avoid impurity contamination and be placed in < 25oC environment.

If stored in large tanks, the viscosity change must be tested periodically.

After mixed catalysts, Damisol 3041-HIR products can be stabilized for at least one week under 23oC conditions.
